I’ve received a faulty/damaged item

Did you receive a faulty or damaged item?

If you received your order damaged, kindly go to the Order Page and click on View Order Message, attach a screenshot of your damaged order as soon as you receive it, type in the message as well, and our team will reach out to you to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Rectification of the issue can be in several forms, including refunds, reshipment of the order, and many more.
Refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
