If you did order the wrong item or if for any reason you want to cancel your order with TurnUpEssentials, no worries it’s a straightforward process.
Go to your TurnUpEssentials Order Page and beside the order you want to cancel, click on view order, then cancel the order.
Orders that meet the following conditions below cannot be canceled.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but you can request a refund once you receive the item.
- Orders that have been marked complete cannot be canceled.
